Who We Are

We’re a small creative team steeped in inventive design, and we take new products to market. We work with a network of talented individuals.

In 2006, Sam Pearce founded Jelly Products Ltd, a product design consultancy. Alongside creating IPR for big brands, he re-invented the wheel: he is the creator of Loopwheels, the world’s most successful in-wheel suspension system. Loopwheels have carbon composite springs in place of spokes. Loopwheels reduce vibration and jolting, helping people who use a wheelchair to travel more easily and with less pain. Sam and Gemma remain involved with Loopwheels, which manufactures in Nottinghamshire and exports its wheelchair wheels around the world.

In 2020, Sam Pearce Design was founded as a vehicle to create new IPR and help develop design solutions for a more environmentally sustainable age. We work with partners to commercialise our ideas into new markets and applications.
